2024 Beijing

2024 Beijing

This year, our club embarked on an unforgettable 10-day camp in Beijing, China, where we trained at a state team facility with excellent amenities, including a swimming pool, gym, canteen, and hotel. Alongside rigorous training, we explored iconic sites like the Great Wall and the Forbidden City and enjoyed local specialties like Peking duck and traditional hot pot lamb. A major highlight was meeting Zhang Lin, the world record holder in the 800m freestyle. Additionally, a coach from the Chinese national team led a session, providing invaluable guidance to our swimmers. We also had the chance to train with local club athletes, making this a deeply enriching experience.

2023 Singapore

In 2023, our annual swim camp took us to Singapore, where we collaborated with the Tao Li Swimming Club, founded by Tao Li—a China-born Singaporean swimmer renowned for her achievements in butterfly and backstroke events. We stayed in a luxurious villa that serves as the club's base, providing an excellent environment for our training sessions. Beyond training, we explored Singapore's iconic landmarks, including Universal Studios, the Merlion, Sentosa Island, and the Singapore Botanic Gardens. Each day, we indulged in a variety of local street foods, thoroughly enjoying the diverse culinary experiences. This camp offered a perfect blend of rigorous training and cultural immersion, making it a memorable experience for all participants.

2022 Brisbane

2022 Brisbane

In 2022, our club ventured to Brisbane for an unforgettable swim camp experience. We stayed at the Brisbane Sky Tower and trained at two fantastic locations: the Somerville House Aquatic Centre and the QUT Sport Fitness & Aquatic Centre. This setup gave our swimmers the opportunity to experience both the unique outdoor and indoor pool environments of Queensland. Each day, our route to the pool took us through the beautiful Brisbane Botanic Gardens, adding a special touch to the training experience, especially for our younger swimmers. This camp combined high-quality training with a memorable, scenic routine that enriched our time in Brisbane.
